GovGPT is KP’s first AI-powered system designed to provide instant, verified access to government rules, policies, and official procedures for both public officials and the general public. Built under the KP Government Innovation Fellowship Program, GovGPT centralizes Acts, notifications, and departmental guidelines into a single, intelligent, searchable chatbot powered by OpenAI’s 4.0 model.

Currently in its beta phase, GovGPT is already being used by KPITB teams and early community testers to quickly verify policies, reduce confusion, and cut down the time spent navigating scattered or outdated documents.

Once testing is complete, GovGPT will be launched province-wide—enabling citizens, students, business owners, and frontline officers to access clear, trustworthy information within seconds.

The potential impact is transformative: faster service delivery, reduced misinformation, greater transparency, and more empowered citizens and institutions across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
