Q: Give your brief Introduction in 4-5 lines?

A: I am Abbas Khan from Charsadda. I have completed my bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences from Bacha Khan University Charsadda and I am working in the field of UI/UX design and digital marketing since July 2016.

Q: How has your education prepared you for this job?

A: My education has prepared me with know-how in the field of IT.

Q: Walk us through your resume.

A: I have four years of experience in the field of UI and UX, and I am also doing digital marketing as an ASO (App Store Optimization) manager.

Q: What is your biggest achievement in your professional career?

A: I was part of a game development team where we developed a lot of games and some of them got very famous. My biggest achievement was leading this team and getting the 2nd position for two consecutive years in Global Game Jam by IGDA Pakistan.

Q: Do you prefer to work alone or within a team?

A: I enjoy working in teams as I believe a well-balanced team reaps better results.

Q: In a team environment, what role do you usually take on?

A: Usually as Team Lead, I have already led teams of 5-6 employees.

Q: Why were you interested in joining the KP Government Innovation Fellowship Program? What significance does it hold in your professional career?

A: I wanted to work for the betterment of my community and our citizens.

Q: On what project are you working here? How do you find working with 20 different minds?

A: I am working with the Health Department on digitizing pharmaceutical licenses and it’s really great to work and interact with different people.

Q: What role have Fellows/mentors played in shaping you?

A: They are like teachers, helping and guiding all the way.

Q: Where do you see yourself in five years?

A: I see myself as a well known UX designer of the country.

Q: What do you like to do outside of work?

A: Watching and playing Football
