Curriculum Designer

The Curriculum Designer will be the primary architect of a specific course under the Digital Skills Training Program. You will be responsible for the initial design, content creation, and any necessary updates or iterations required during the project lifecycle to ensure the curriculum remains accurate, effective, and culturally relevant for women in the KP region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and structure the complete curriculum for the assigned course, ensuring it alignswith industry standards for ICT, ITeS, or software development
  • Translate high-level course outlines into detailed learning objectives, lesson plans, interactive activities, andcomprehensive assessments
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert to ensure all technicalcontent is accurate, current, and reflects emerging industry trends
  • Ensure all learning materials are accessible, inclusive, and designed to engage a diverse group of learners,considering local language and connectivity constraints
  • Proactively update curriculum modules based on internal feedback and project requirements within the assigned timeframe
  • Complete all course components according to the specific schedule and deadlines set by the Project team

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant to the course (e.g., Computer Science, Business, orGraphic Design)
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in curriculum or content development
  • Deep understanding of digital skills frameworks and the ability to create engaginge-learning content
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms (like Open edX), multimediatools, and digital learning environments
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines while managing a lump-sum contract project
