Description of Role
The role is to provide comprehensive support to the operations function within CfP. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, assisting with HR processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, paperwork, and benefit enrollments.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts as needed.
3. Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Provide support in employee relations matters, including assisting with conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee queries and concerns.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
4. Performance Management and Training:
- Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Coordinate training programs and initiatives, including scheduling, registration, and logistics.
5. Benefits and Compensation:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist in the coordination of the annual compensation review process.
- Maintain accurate records of employee leave, attendance, and time-off requests.
6. HR Data Management:
- Maintain HR databases and employee files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Assist in data analysis and interpretation to support HR decision-making.

Experience and Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum experience of 5-6 years in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- A strong commitment to using technology for social good.
- Salary range for this position would be between 100-120K depending on the profile of the selected candidate.
