Fadaiqa Shuja, Communications Lead at Code for Pakistan, uses her 9+ years of design expertise to craft a compelling visual identity for the organization across websites, apps, marketing materials, and more. With a Master's degree in Fine Arts (Design) from Fatima Jinnah Women's University, Rawalpindi, Fadaiqa brings a strategic and creative approach to every project.
Fadaiqa's experience spans diverse industries, from startups like LearnObots (where she designed campaigns, summer camps, and the user interface) to established institutions like the National Commission for Human Development (designing their 145-page annual report). She has a strong track record of collaboration, having worked with the Pakistan Naval Academy, the National University of Science & Technology (NUST), and the National Centre of Robotics and Automation (NCRA). Her passion for social impact is evident in her work with One Ummah Charity, a faith-based organization focused on global poverty alleviation. Fadaiqa has contributed to notable projects, such as designing three acclaimed books, namely Lead Marks, Way Points, and Your First Ship, for the Pakistan Naval Academy, focusing on leadership, guidance, and mentorship for cadets.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Fadaiqa dedicates time to her alma mater, Fatima Jinnah Women's University. She judges student work, provides mentorship, and conducts workshops, fostering the growth of future design talents.
Fadaiqa enjoys long drives and finds inspiration in drawing and painting with her two young daughters. She currently resides in Islamabad.
