Ibraheem is Code for Pakistan's Director of Fellowships. He is a developmental sector professional with a background in e-governance, public sector innovation, and Gov 2.0.

Ibraheem oversees both Fellowships and Internships at Code for Pakistan. Notable projects under his leadership include contributing to the COVID-19 response for the Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the 2020 pandemic and developing a lab information management system for the Directorate of Livestock and Dairy Research Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These initiatives were part of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Government Innovation Fellowship Program.

Ibraheem has been invited as a speaker to numerous conferences, workshops, and panels, including those hosted by renowned international organizations like UNDP, Code for All and mySociety. Ibraheem was one of the key speakers at TICTec Show and Tells, 2021, on a panel entitled "The Scrutiny, Oversight & the Data That Makes it Possible", where he shared the impact of the Fellowship Program's project on Digitization of Pharmaceutical Licenses in the KP Province. He is a published writer whose paper "Civic Fellowships: A Framework for Civic Technology Innovation in Pakistan" was presented at a workshop during the 23rd ACM Conference on Computer-Supported Cooperative Work and Social Computing (CSCW 2020).

Ibraheem has a background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Before joining Code for Pakistan, he was involved in numerous social impact entrepreneurial ventures. Additionally, he was a Fellow in the inaugural cohort of the KP Government Innovation Fellowship Program back in 2014.
