The digitization of the Abyana (water-billing) system is currently under development as part of the 8th cycle of the KP Fellowship Program. This innovative solution aims to address inefficiencies in the manual collection process by introducing online payment options via Easypaisa and other gateways, digitized farmer records, and SMS notifications for bills and updates. 

The proposed impact includes enhanced transparency, streamlined fee collection, accurate record-keeping, and improved communication with farmers, paving the way for more accountable and efficient water resource management across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
