The Integrated Advertisement Management System (IAMS) is a comprehensive digital platform developed for the Information Department to streamline the management of government newspaper advertisements and related payments. The system replaces manual and paper-based processes with an end-to-end online workflow, enabling departments to submit advertisements digitally without the need for physical travel. It includes a centralized MIS for tracking advertisement submissions, approvals, and payments, along with the digitization of historical payment records from the 1990s to 2020 to establish a complete audit trail. Integrated online payment mechanisms enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability, while improving coordination between government departments, the Information Department, and media houses.
