A case management system was required for the Advocate General Office KP to streamline case management within the department and enhance department workflows for improved service delivery. Additionally, an online system was necessary to reduce case backlogs and enhance file management within the department.
During the 7th Fellowship cycle, a team of Fellows developed an online case management system to streamline internal case management workflows. They also incorporated various reporting and file management features to ensure robust digital storage of department cases and records.
