Faisal is Code for Pakistan's Director of Operations. He has 16 years of experience managing teams in different challenging environments. Prior to joining Code for Pakistan, Faisal worked for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) as a Senior Officer Administration & HR. He worked for the IFRC Ebola Response operation in Sierra Leone, West Africa as an Administration & HR Delegate, and was also part of the Nepal Earthquake operation as the first surge support Administration delegate to arrive in the country. Faisal was also deployed as a surge support Administration & HR delegate for the Typhoon Haiyan operation in the Philippines.

Additionally, he has been an integral part of a number of disaster operations in Pakistan. More recently, he finished a project in collaboration with the UKAID and Foreign & Commonwealth Development Oce (FCDO) for Schools Construction and Rehabilitation as Provincial Oce Manager where he was managing the provincial oce, overseeing 8 districts in Punjab. It was the largest funded FCDO project in the world at 180 Million GBP.

Faisal's professional experience is mostly in administration, but he has also handled Talent and Finance at IFRC and other organizations. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and currently resides in Islamabad, Pakistan.
