Code for Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and strategic Managing Director to lead our close-knit team in advancing civic innovation across the nation. Over the past 12 years, we've achieved significant milestones and gathered impactful stories. We're now poised for a leader to evaluate our journey and work with the Board to help chart a forward-thinking path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement organizational strategy to achieve our mission.
  • Fundraising and Sustainability: Develop and execute plans to secure diverse funding sources.
  • Impact Evaluation: Assess program outcomes to inform future initiatives.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professionalism.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, donors, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven organizational development expertise.
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising and donor relations.
  • Experience in impact measurement and data-driven growth strategies.
  • Experience working with government stakeholders.

Desirable Traits:

  • Exposure to design thinking methodologies and product management..
  • Interest in leveraging technology for social good.
  • Positive attitude with openness to feedback.
  • Mission-driven with a passion for public service.
