Training Coordinator

Peshawar, Mardan, Swabi

The Role

We are hiring 12 Training Coordinators across three districts: Peshawar, Mardan, and Swabi.

The Training Coordinator will support the planning, logistics, and day-to-day management of the Digital Skills Training Program. This includes scheduling sessions, coordinating trainers, managing participant communications, and ensuring smooth execution of training activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed training schedules and manage session logistics
  • Coordinate between supervisors, participants, and program management
  • Manage and oversee the multipurpose center and its daily operations
  • Ensure smooth classroom delivery and session management
  • Record and maintain daily attendance of participants
  • Monitor participant progress throughout the program
  • Oversee pre- and post-assessments to measure learning outcomes
  • Review and check assessment submissions for accuracy and completeness
  • Organize and schedule participant assessment vivas
  • Conduct evaluations of participants based on defined criteria
  • Address and manage participant queries in a timely manner
  • Prepare and compile weekly progress reports
  • Support the development of quarterly program reports
  • Report regularly to supervisors on activities and progress
  • Support procurement and distribution of training materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, IT or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in training logistics or program coordination
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems
