The GoGB app is an innovative solution developed in collaboration with the GB Performance Management & Reforms Unit (GB-PMRU) to enhance the monitoring and management of public office performance in Gilgit-Baltistan. 

Designed with district administrators in mind, the app simplifies the process of submitting monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring real-time data collection and streamlined reporting. By consolidating these KPIs from all districts, the app generates a comprehensive scorecard that is accessible through a web-based platform. This scorecard is presented at monthly progress review meetings led by the Chief Secretary, facilitating data-driven decision-making and promoting transparency, accountability, and improved public service delivery across the region.
