The NGO & NPO Registration Management System for the Social Welfare Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is a digital platform designed to replace the manual registration process with a streamlined, transparent, and efficient online system. It enables organizations to register, renew, upload required documents, and track application status in real time through a user-friendly web portal, while providing the department with a centralized dashboard for review, approvals, and record management. The system includes an internal e-note sheet workflow for digital verification across district offices and the directorate, along with the digitization of records for 1,400 existing NGOs, ensuring secure data management, improved accessibility, reduced processing time, and greater accountability.
